Our Chocolate Almond Pebbles are one of our best sellers and they won 1 gold star at the 2011 Great Taste Awards. We choose the best Provencale Almonds and gently roast them ourselves.
Next, we caramelise the nuts in vanilla beet sugar to add a crunchy, sweet texture to the nut. The second layer is made up of our own house Gianduja - a smooth blend of dark chocolate and crushed Almonds before we add a thin coat of our 71.1% House Couverture. The final step is to dust each nut in our pure 100% Dominican Republic cocoa powder.
