So simple, so yummie, so unique! An utterly delicious caramel spread perfectly seasoned with sea salt and as if that's not enough we've made it with the purest Cornish Clotted Cream which we get from our favourite farmer Will and his Jersey herd.
And how is it eaten? Well if you're like me then a spoon or even just a finger is sufficient!!! It's also great on freshly toasted muffins or baguette or why not have it as a pancake or waffle topping. Layered inbetween a sponge cake or piped into cupcakes, gently warmed up and poored over ice-cream... let your imagination run wild, but believe me this caramel spread is addictive!!!!
