The eggs are hand-made using a special recipe of fresh fruit and cream with highest quality chocolate. The milk chocolate (33%) is our own blend of the purest single origin cocoa from Venezuela, Madagascar and Java. For the dark chocolate (65%) we blend pure single origin cocoa from Madagascar, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic.
For the ganache chocolates and truffles, Chocolatier Marc Demarquette has created a special house blend from only the finest single origin chocolates from Venezuela, Madagascar, Java, Ecuador, the Domincan Republic and Costa Rica, which he has chosen for their quality in flavour as well as the quality of life for producers and the quality in cultivation.
