These Chocolate Hazelnut Pebbles are just delicious! No wonder therefore that they won 3 gold stars at the 2011 Great Taste Awards. We choose the best Mediterranean hazelnuts and gently roast them ourselves which brings out the best hazelnut flavour.
Next, we caramelise the nuts in vanilla beet sugar to add a crunchy, sweet texture to the nut. The second layer is made up of our own house Gianduja - a smooth blend of dark chocolate and crushed hazelnuts before we add a thin coat of our 71.1 House Couverture. The final step is to dust each nut in our pure 100% Dominican Republic cocoa powder.
