These Chocolate Pistachio Pebbles are just moreish! No wonder therefore that they won a gold star at the 2011 Great Taste Awards. We choose the best Persian Pistachios and gently roast them ourselves. Next, we make our own Gianduja - a smooth blend of dark chocolate, crushed Pistachios and crispy pancake flakes - and coat the nuts with it before adding a thin layer of our 71.1% House Couverture and a light dusting of pure 100% Dominican Republic cocoa powder.
