Wednesday, 12th May '10 - Chocolate Indulgence Tasting Event

Learn all about chocolate and the artisan craft at its best. Meet Chocolatier Marc Demarquette personally and gain first-hand knowledge of how the unique flavours of Demarquette chocolates are developed. You will taste some of the finest flavours from around the world as well as enjoy a demonstration of how ganache is made - and of course get to taste that too!

Our tasting events are interactive sessions rather than lectures and last about 1 to 2 hours, making the evening enjoyable and fun. Goodie-bags included!
