We have polished a gorgeous simple mould of disks and decorated each one with a splash of gold colour before moulding with our divine dark chocolate. Every dark chocolate disk is filled with a pure creamy vanilla ganache, very similar to the Royal Merina masterpiece. We have squeezed 24 Sovereigns in each box, giving you plenty to enjoy and (or) share. As with every ganache, these should be enjoyed within 2 weeks of receiving.

The sovereign was a gold coin of the Kingdom of England first issued by King Henry VII in 1489. The name derives from the large size and majestic portrait of the monarch (the "sovereign").
