Moving with the times, we have looked at how we can cater for the vegan and free from requirements in the gourmet chocolate world. Marc has always had the philosophy that food should always taste good. Consequently, we have worked hard to ensure that we can replace the traditional dairy produce with alternatives that are also ethical and not detrimental to our planet. Therefore, still no child labour cheap cocoa, we do not use palm oil, and only use sustainable coconut produce where necessary.

We still use fresh herbs, spices, and fruit to ensure that we harness maximum flavour from these wonderful food sources.
