This caramel is made with Coconut milk and cream blended in caramelised cane and maple sugar with Coconut oil and a pinch of Rock salt.
All encased in a gorgeous house 71.1% house dark chocolate.

Why Rock Salt? Some sea salt producers will boil the filtered sea water with all the living organisms within. As such we abstain from using sea salt in our Free From range products and focus on natural mineral salt deposited over millennia.
