These Chocolate Salted Hazelnut Pebbles are simpy irrestistable! The marriage of great chocolate, finest sea salt and Meditarranean Hazelnuts is a match made in heaven! Once cracked open, we gently roast the Hazelnuts ourselves.
Next, we caramelise the nuts in vanilla beet sugar to add a crunchy, sweet texture to the nut. The second layer is made up of our own house Salted Gianduja - a smooth blend of chocolate and crushed hazelnuts and a sprinkle of finest sea salt - before we add a thin coat of our 71.1 House Couverture. The final step is to dust each nut in our pure 100% Dominican Republic cocoa powder.
